SERAONE is an integrated school management technology designed to help educational institutions digitally manage and streamline their academic, administrative and operational processes through a connected technology platform.
The Platform may provide digital tools and services for areas including student management, attendance, fees, examinations, communication, reporting and other school-related operations.
2. Use of the Website
The SERAONE website is provided to help visitors understand our technology, services and solutions, request information, contact us and request a product demonstration.
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with its operation, misuse its content, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
3. Access to the SERAONE Platform

- Any suspected unauthorized access is reported promptly.
4. School Data
SERAONE may process information relating to students, parents, teachers, staff and school operations as part of providing its technology and services.
The school remains responsible for the information it provides through the Platform and for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority or lawful basis to collect and use such information.
SERAONE processes school information to provide, maintain, support and secure the Platform.
SERAONE does not sell school records or use school data for unrelated advertising purposes.
5. Subscription and Fees
SERAONE generally follows a demo → quotation → paid subscription process.
Applicable pricing, subscription period, payment terms, cancellation conditions and other commercial terms will be specified in the relevant quotation, order form or service agreement between SERAONE and the school.
Where a separate written agreement exists, its specific terms will govern the applicable commercial relationship.
6. Data Migration and Export
Where agreed as part of the service, SERAONE may assist schools with initial data migration.
Schools may also request export of their relevant data, subject to the applicable service agreement, technical requirements and applicable contractual obligations.
Additional migration, export or support services may be subject to separate terms or charges where applicable.
7. Support and Service Availability
SERAONE provides support through its designated support channels.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and proper functioning of the Platform and to address reported technical issues.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure problems, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SERAONE does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
8. Product Updates
SERAONE may improve, update, modify or introduce new features and functionality to the Platform from time to time as the technology evolves.
Where an active service agreement is materially affected by such changes, the applicable agreement will govern the relevant rights and obligations.
9. Intellectual Property
The SERAONE name, brand, website, technology, Platform, software, design, interface, documentation, graphics, content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Use of SERAONE does not transfer ownership of the Platform or its underlying intellectual property to any school or user.
No part of the SERAONE technology or Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
10. Third-Party Services
SERAONE may use third-party services or integrations to support certain Platform functions, including communication and SMS services.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SERAONE is not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.
11. Suspension and Termination
Access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable service agreement, including circumstances involving serious misuse, security concerns, non-payment or material breach of applicable terms.
Following termination, handling, export and deletion of school data will be managed according to the applicable agreement, school instructions and applicable legal requirements.

The collection and use of personal information through the SERAONE website and Platform are governed by the SERAONE Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how SERAONE handles information relating to website visitors, schools and Platform users.
13. Disclaimer
SERAONE is designed to support school administration and management. Schools remain responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Platform and for decisions made using information or reports generated through the Platform.
SERAONE does not guarantee that the Platform will meet every individual school requirement unless specifically agreed in writing.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SERAONE will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use caused by failure to protect account credentials, inaccurate information provided by users or schools, misuse of the Platform, or failures of independent third-party services.
Where a separate service agreement contains specific liability provisions, those provisions will apply to the relevant relationship.
15. Changes to These Terms
SERAONE may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our technology, services, Platform functionality or applicable requirements.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Subject to any applicable written agreement between SERAONE and a school, matters arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
